What does the order process look like?
When thinking about buying a garden cellar, we suggest you start by looking at the materials we have prepared for you.
The product offer is available on our website nawidesign.eu, and a lot of information about the products is contained in our knowledge base, a part of which is the film you have just watched.
The next step is to make contact.
Please fill out the contact form on the website or call our sales representative.
Once you are convinced about the choice of a particular product with a particular configuration – our salesman will prepare an offer and order.
The order itself can be placed in three ways
- via our website,
- via email,
- in person at the company headquarters.
What is the form of payment and its terms?
All we need is a signed order to begin fulfillment.
Payment of the set amount is made a few days before the product is picked up or in cash at the time of pick up.
What is the completion date?
The large area of the production plant and warehouses allows us to produce cellars all year round. Therefore, up to 90% of Garden Secret 4you® and Eco Secret® products with standard equipment are available off-the-shelf.
Depending on the time of year, delivery times can range from 2-10 weeks – assuming transportation is handled by our company.
Picking up your cellar using your own transportation or contracting an outside company can significantly reduce your wait time.
Regardless of the season or the means of transportation, we recommend ordering your cellars well in advance, especially for custom projects.
